Responsibilities

• Prepares meals, desserts and snacks according to the posted menu; accommodates special diets.
• Serves meals that are palatable and presentable to residents.
• Maintains a clean, organized, sanitized work area; handles pots and pans as needed.
• Keeps health code documentation for food storage and temperature control.
• Estimates and prepares food supplies to meet serving portions.
• Maintains a safe, clean and respectable work environment.
• Attends and participates in continuing educational programs.
