AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a physician to provide medical services to patients in California, delivering care within our Team-Based Care Model that focuses on population health and integrated delivery of care.

Applicants must hold a valid CA medical license with board eligibility or certification. Leadership experience and EMR proficiency are preferred, and bilingual abilities (English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese) are a plus depending on location.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and CA license required.
• Board certification in chosen specialty or eligibility with plan to obtain board certification within 18 months.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred and leadership skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
