AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a physician to provide medical services to patients in California, delivering care through a Team-Based Care Model focused on population health and evidence-based medicine.

Must hold a valid California medical license with board certification or eligibility, maintain DEA credentials, and have experience with EMR systems. Bilingual capabilities across Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese are preferred, depending on location.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice in California; Board certification in the chosen specialty or board eligible with 18 months to certify.
• Maintains valid board license and DEA credentials.
• Experience with computer-based systems; EMR experience preferred; leadership/management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to AltaMed patients in line with the Team-Based Care Model.
• Deliver care aligned with population health, evidence-based medicine, and integrated delivery of care.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality, safety, and access to services.
