AltaMed Health Services is seeking a physician to provide patient care within our population health–driven, Team-Based Care Model in California. You will deliver medically evidence-based services while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

This role requires an active California medical license and board certification or eligibility, with ongoing competency maintenance and DEA credentials. Bilingual skills and leadership experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Physician with required training and licensure.
• Valid California medical license and board certification or eligibility.
• DEA credentials and ongoing competency maintenance.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese language skills depending on location preferred.
• BLS certification or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical services to AltaMed patients under the Team-Based Care Model.
• Delivers care aligned with population health, evidence-based medicine, and integrated delivery of care.
• Maintains licensure, board certification, and DEA credentials.
