Job summary

Candidates must hold a valid California medical license with board certification or eligibility, and maintain competencies. BLS or higher, plus potential bilingual requirements, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed physician in California with board certification or eligible
• EMR experience preferred
• Bilingual abilities preferred (English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese) depending on location
• Leadership or management experience is a plus
• BLS certification or higher required per AHA/Red Cross guidelines

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to AltaMed patients in line with AltaMed’s Team-Based Care Model
• Deliver care focused on population health, evidence-based medicine, and resource-efficient delivery
• Maintain licensure, board certification/eligibility, and ongoing competency in practice
