CorsoCare Personal Care in Homes is seeking a Home Health Aide PRN to provide caring, in-home support for clients in White Lake, Highland and surrounding areas. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility in private homes.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred), a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and compliance with state training requirements. Willingness to travel between client locations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide care support to private homes within assigned geographical region.
• Bath and assist residents in daily living activities and personal care.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, nails, and hygiene.
• Assist with dining, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Follow medication administration protocols as identified for each client.
• Report changes to Care Coordinator and document accordingly.
• Provide transportation to appointments as requested.
• Maintain client dignity and privacy and follow resident rights.
• Complete daily charting during shift using authorized abbreviations.
