Job summary

CorsoCare Personal Care In-Homes seeks a Home Health Aide (PRN) to support clients in private homes located in White Lake, Highland, and surrounding areas. You will provide care across shifts, assisting residents with daily living activities and maintaining dignity and safety.

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with prior healthcare/geriatric experience encouraged. A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required, plus state-specific training compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Healthcare, Geriatrics or experience working with the elderly population preferred.
• Desire to work with geriatric population essential.
• Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance.
• Training per state requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide care support to private homes within assigned geographical region.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Follow medication administration protocols for each client.
• Take vital signs and report any changes to the Care Coordinator.
• Complete daily charting during shift using authorized abbreviations.
• Ensure privacy and respect for residents and maintain safety.
