Creative Healthcare Solutions, LLC seeks a physician leader for a Facility Medical Director and Supervising Physician role in geriatric care. Qualifications
- Tennessee medical license required.
- DEA registration required.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related field.
Responsabilités
- Medical directorships for SNFs and long-term care facilities.
- Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
- Audit documentation for supervised providers monthly.
- Provide high-quality geriatric care to patients.
- Engage with facility leadership, other providers, patients and families.
- Participate in on-call schedule and required trainings/meetings.
