Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a skilled Echo Technician to join our team serving residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

You will perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) to assess cardiac structure and function and support accurate diagnoses for geriatric patients. Ideal candidates hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and RDCS certification, with proven experience performing echocardiograms in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent certification required.
• Prior experience performing echocardiograms in healthcare settings.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with the geriatric population.
• Ability to travel to facilities as needed.
• Paid Time Off.

Responsabilités

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) per protocols.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation.
• Prepare patients and ensure comfort during testing.
• Document anatomical and functional cardiac findings.
• Upload studies to designated systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment.
• Adhere to infection control and HIPAA policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff.
• Travel to facilities as assigned.
• Assist with patient positioning and equipment.
