Job summary

Riceland Healthcare System is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCW) in Beaumont, TX. This unique position combines marketing behavioral health services with providing clinical counseling, primarily to geriatric populations in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

The ideal candidate will develop marketing strategies, build relationships with referral sources, and provide individual and group therapy. Strong communication skills and a Master’s degree in a relevant field are essential, along with a current LPC Associate/LPCW license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Current LPC Associate/LPCW license required.
• Previous behavioral health or counseling experience preferred.

Responsibilities
