Job Summary

We are seeking a driven, compassionate, and skilled **Marketer/Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)** to join our Behavioral Health team. This unique **dual-role position** combines responsibilities in promoting the clinic’s services and building community awareness, while also providing clinical counseling to patients. You will engage in strategic marketing efforts while delivering high-quality therapeutic support, specifically supporting **Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)** and behavioral health services for **geriatric populations** within nursing homes and assisted living communities.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for behavioral health services to individuals, families, and facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources (physicians, case managers, administrators) to drive patient referrals.
• Marketing sessions at nursing homes and assisted living facilities to promote program participation.
• Engage in patient recruitment activities focused on geriatric populations and behavioral health awareness.
• Collaborate with facility staff and caregivers to educate on the benefits of IOP participation.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for mental health issues, including dementia-related behavioral concerns, PTSD, grief, anxiety, and depression.
• Facilitate group therapy classes for geriatric patients in IOP and Behavioral Health programs.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT) and other appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams (psychiatrists, nurses, social workers) to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing counseling as needed.
• Monitor patient progress, follow up consistently, and adjust treatment based on outcomes.

Education & License

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• **Current LPC Associate/LPCW license required.**

Preferred Experience

• Previous behavioral health, counseling, internship, or practicum experience preferred.
• Marketing, outreach, or business development experience is a plus.
