Job summary

Advatix Inc. is assisting a client in Haxtun, CO to hire a Certified Nurse Assistant for a 13-week assignment on a geriatric extended-care unit. You will provide hands‑on care for residents with dementia, COPD, CHF, and deconditioning, under supervision of the care team.

The role features 12‑hour night shifts from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM and a contract arrangement. A minimum of 1 year SNF experience, Colorado CNA certification, and BLS are required to join this team.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado CNA certification/license.
• Required BLS.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA-level care and support to residents in an extended-care/geriatric setting.
• Support residents with needs associated with dementia, COPD, CHF, and deconditioning.
• Work collaboratively within the care team and follow unit procedures.
• Float to other appropriate assignments as required
