Job summary

Miami Jewish Health seeks a Clinical Educator to act as a facilitator, teacher, and resource for staff development. You will assess, plan, organize, implement, and evaluate programs aimed at professional excellence and continuing education across the organization.

Responsibilities include coordinating annual required education (risk, safety, infection control, employee health) and serving as a role model by applying theory and research to clinical practice.

Qualifications

• RN with acute care background and clinical education experience required.
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate staff development programs.
• Familiarity with regulatory accrediting bodies (e.g., Florida, Joint Commission, OSHA, AHCA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing education needs and coordinate orientation and ongoing training.
• Develop, conduct, and evaluate educational programs for staff.
• Oversee CPR program and maintain documentation for employees.
