Sisters of Mercy in Burlingame, CA provides transportation and supportive services to Sisters in Long-term Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living. This role includes transporting Sisters to appointments, shopping, and errands, accompanying them during outings, and basic vehicle maintenance.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid CA driver’s license, and at least two years of related experience.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California driver's license with no moving violations.
• Two years of related experience (driving, caregiving, or support services).
• Basic computer skills and strong time-management ability.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.

Mansioni

• Safely transport Sisters to appointments, shopping, and errands.
• Accompany Sisters during appointments and assist with check-in if needed.
• Complete shopping and pick-up/delivery tasks.
• Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, fluids) and report issues.
• Report any incidents or accidents immediately.
• Follow all safety procedures and attend required trainings.
• Communicate respectfully with Sisters, staff, families, and visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
