Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and take verbal instruction.
• Licensed driver for at least two years with a good driving record, no moving violations or accidents; one year experience with frail elderly.
• This is a safety sensitive position and adherence to the policy is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, pull 150 lbs, carry 50 lbs and push 150 lbs regularly; stand, walk or sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation to participants in a timely, competent manner.
• Communicate important information relevant to the care plan to the interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to setting the tone and experience expected by the organization on trips to the center and appointments.
