Qualifications

• 2 years Leadership Experience.
• CNA/LPN/RN with at least 2 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support to care staff and participate in hiring/firing processes.
• Perform daily rounds to ensure care staff meet standards and schedules.
• Manage hours verification, scheduling, and coverage in the community.
• Conduct safety and infection control checks and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate trainings and on-boarding for staff.
• Be available for weekends or on-call as needed.
