StoryPoint Group in Michigan is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to oversee the overall direction of resident care services by delivering a 1440 experience, optimizing performance and leading employee connections within our community.

Licensed practical or registered nurses with supervisory experience are preferred, with strong reading, writing, and communication skills and proven organizational abilities to manage complex situations.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) license required or preferred.
• Strong reading and interpretation of safety rules, manuals and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for your team and their performance.
• Oversee revenue, evaluations and care conferences to ensure right care at the right price.
