Ovation Communities in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents. You will assess health needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate care.

The ideal candidate has a BSN and an active RN license in Wisconsin, with at least two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with elderly patients, and a commitment to safety and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience with elderly or geriatric patients preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Monitor and document resident progress and report changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals.
• Educate residents and families on health management.
