TEEMA Group seeks a dedicated RN to provide geriatric nursing care at a facility in Phoenix, AZ. You will ensure safe, therapeutic and hygienic care while supporting and mentoring nursing staff across the unit.

Responsibilities include direct care for infirm geriatric residents, supervising licensed staff and CNAs when the charge nurse is on duty, and adopting the organization’s clinical methods to daily practice.

Responsabilidades

• This role provides nursing care for infirm geriatric residents, oversees and trains staff in resident care and observes residents' behavior and physical conditions.
• If the Geriatric Nurse II is the charge nurse, you will supervise all licensed staff on the unit as well as Certified Nursing Assistants.
• You will learn, implement and monitor the organization’s methods.
