The role emphasizes direct bedside care, assessment, and evidence-based patient-centered outcomes.

The RN will assess physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and discharge planning needs, set realistic outcomes, and implement medical orders appropriate to the patient status.

Qualificações

• Minimum requirements include a Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Arizona with CPR; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable per unit.
• Additional certifications in bariatrics or wound care may be required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines and supervise staff when directing care.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care; implement orders.
• Participate in hourly rounding and evaluate nursing practice for quality outcomes.
• May supervise shift(s) and oversee team performance as assigned.
