Trinity Community at Beavercreek, part of United Church Homes, is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse (RN) to coordinate care for approximately 25 residents in a geriatric long-term care setting in Beavercreek, Ohio.

You will assess residents, administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and collaborate with physicians, families, and other staff to develop and implement care plans while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• RN license in good standing with CPR certification.
• Graduate of a 2-year accredited nursing program and NCLEX-RN.
• 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents and manage treatments and care plans.
• Distribute and administer prescribed medications and IVs when certified.
• Perform nursing assessments and participate in care planning and evaluations.
• Record responses to treatments and communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Maintain infection control practices and monitor vital signs and hydration.
• Document all care activities, orders, and routine charting accurately.
