Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Durham, NC is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and medication support for residents. You will assist with daily living activities, observe residents, document changes, and help maintain a clean, safe living environment. Strong communication with nurses, families, and teammates is essential.

Qualifications include a CNA certification preferred, HS diploma, 18+ years old, and CPR/First Aid preferred. Prior experience with seniors is valued.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents in a safe home-like setting.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with continence management and meals; maintain cleanliness of rooms and common areas.
• Follow medication administration processes and document accordingly.
• Support resident independence, dignity, and safety; interact with residents, families, and staff.
