Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Culinary Service Cook for a full-time role in Faribault, MN. Schedule 12pm–8pm, with responsibilities to prepare and serve meals for residents, guests, and staff under supervision of the Culinary Services Director.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to meet dietary requirements, maintain high food quality and dignity in service, and contribute to a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents.
• Must qualify for employment after criminal background study per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

• Prepare, serve, and be responsible for the preparation of foods for residents, guests, and employees; follow dietary orders and service standards.
