Provide personalized care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, transferring, and mobility exercises
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, including their bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Participate in educational in-services and training programs to stay current with best practices and industry developments
High school diploma or equivalent required
Current certification as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Maryland
One year of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a geriatric nursing environment
