Behavioral Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Program Specialist or CNA to support geriatric patients in the Bellingham area and surrounding communities.

The role involves coordinating care with facility staff and clinicians, auditing charts, and summarizing behavioral records for program submissions. The position requires prior SNF or Behavioral Health Unit experience; CNAs, BHTs, Medical Assistants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IDT meetings with nursing facility staff and BHS clinicians.
• Audit charts to promote timely and accurate behavioral documentation.
• Summarize patient behavioral records for submission to special needs programs.
