Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Provide patient care per physician orders and nursing plan of care.
• Coordinate with health care team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Mentor and support other staff as needed.
• Participate in professional development and clinical ladder activities.
