Job summary

360care seeks a dedicated Audiologist to serve residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, conducting comprehensive audiological evaluations and fittings. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care with on-site services and independence in clinical decision-making.

You will dispense and adjust hearing aids, perform cerumen management where allowed, and document precisely in our EMR system, with mentorship from a Clinical Director and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• AuD required; master’s acceptable if graduated before 2006.
• Strong background in hearing aid dispensing with fitting and repairs.
• ENT experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Conduct comprehensive examinations, evaluations, and auditory consultation.
• Traditional daily patient care will include comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations, hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid selections, and repair.
• Dispense and adjust new hearing aids.
• Perform cerumen management, where allowed by state regulations.
• Complete required patient and clinical documentation using our EMR system.
