Job summary

360care is seeking an Audiologist to provide on-site services at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The role focuses on comprehensive audiologic assessments, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and repairs with patient-centered care for geriatric populations.

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you’ll enjoy a flexible schedule and the autonomy to manage clinical decisions while 360care handles scheduling and billing logistics.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Audiology is required; if graduated before 2006, a master's degree is acceptable.
• Strong background in hearing aid dispensing, fitting and repairs.
• ENT experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities to provide audiology services.
• Conduct comprehensive examinations, evaluations, and auditory consultations.
• Perform diagnostic audiological examinations, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, and repairs.
• Dispense and adjust new hearing aids.
• Perform cerumen management where permitted by state regulations.
• Complete required patient and clinical documentation in the EMR system.
