Job summary

360care is seeking a compassionate Audiologist to serve geriatric and underserved communities in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide hearing care on-site with flexible scheduling.

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will focus on clinical decisions while 360care handles scheduling, billing, and support. Strong background in hearing aid dispensing and AuD required, with ENT experience a plus.

Qualifications

• AuD required; master’s degree acceptable if graduated before 2006.
• Strong background in hearing aid dispensing, including fitting and repairs.
• ENT experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Conduct comprehensive audiological examinations and evaluations.
• Provide hearing aid fitting, selection and repair services.
• Dispense and adjust hearing aids; cerumen management where allowed.
• Document patient care using the EMR system.
