Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

You will be the primary care provider, supported by a full-time NP or PA, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor NPs and PAs.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand/walk up to 6–8 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs and PAs to assess and manage care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and oversee chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
