The MetroHealth System’s Geriatrics Department seeks a Geriatric Advanced Practice Provider to join the Red Carpet Program. The role centers on in-home visits with potential clinic-based duties for geriatrics and Medicaid patients.

Weekend shifts may be required, and collaboration with a diverse patient population is essential. Qualified candidates hold an MSN or APRN with Ohio licensure, active RN license, and BLS certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• MSN or APRN with Ohio license.
• Current RN licensure in Ohio and APRN authority.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home geriatric care to patients.
• Occasional clinic-based visits for selected patients.
• Coordinate care and participate in process improvements.
