OhioHealth is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our hospital-based inpatient team, caring for acute, chronically ill, or injured patients. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and adherence to SA/SCA as part of a high reliability organization.

The successful candidate will hold Ohio licenses/certs (PA or APRN, NCCPA, AANP, and state nursing credentials as applicable) and will participate in daily rounds, procedures as permitted, and quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Must hold an active PA or APRN license to practice in Ohio.
• Current board certification from NCCPA, or ANCC/AANP/AACN as applicable.
• Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician is required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with physicians in the hospital-based inpatient setting.
• Performs procedures within the delineation of privileges and state laws.
• Promotes safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
• Works under direction with supervision as needed per SA/SCA.
