• Must be ACNP-certified.
• 1 year of inpatient, acute care experience preferred.
• Strong geriatric care foundation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute, inpatient care to geriatric patients within a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform comprehensive geriatric assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Participate in program development aligned with CMS Age-Friendly Health System measures and NICHE initiatives.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
