AMN Healthcare is launching a comprehensive geriatric program in Arizona and seeks an Adult/Geriatrics-Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join this new initiative. The role is ideal for an ACNP with strong inpatient expertise and a solid geriatric foundation.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, perform comprehensive geriatric assessments, and develop individualized care plans while participating in CMS Age-Friendly measures and NICHE certification efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be ACNP certified.
• Minimum 1 year inpatient, acute care experience.
• Strong geriatric background required.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute, inpatient care to geriatric patients within a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform comprehensive geriatric assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
