AMN Healthcare is seeking an Adult Geriatrics-Acute Care Nurse Practitioner for a hospital in metro Arizona. Start date is ASAP with a pay range of $113,000 to $140,000 per year.

This role focuses on inpatient geriatric care within a multidisciplinary team and offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. You will perform comprehensive geriatric assessments, develop care plans, and help shape a pilot geriatric model aligned with CMS measures.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as an ACNP.
• One year of related inpatient, acute care experience preferred.
• Strong geriatric care foundation.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute, inpatient care to geriatric patients within a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform comprehensive geriatric assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Participate in program development aligned with CMS Age-Friendly Health System measures and NICHE certification.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to shaping a pilot geriatric model with system-wide expansion.
