Element Care PACE in Lynn and Gloucester, MA is seeking an Activities Specialist to support older adults through engaging recreational and wellness programs.

This full-time role requires planning and leading activities, assessing participants, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team across sites. A valid driver's license and mobility to travel are important, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with the geriatric population.
• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or Activities Director Certification preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, EMR).
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between locations.
• Team-oriented, creative and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead individual and group activities.
• Conduct participant assessments and document care plans.
• Support wellness and recreational programming.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Assist with special events, calendars, newsletters, and reports.
• Provide activities in the center and participant homes as needed.
