Job summary

Four Corners Regional Health Care Center is seeking an Activities Staff member to support resident engagement through individualized and group activities. You will help adapt activities to residents' cognitive and physical levels, encouraging participation while respecting diverse cultural and religious preferences.

Responsibilities include leading activities, maintaining safe spaces, and collaborating with the Activities Director.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support residents' preferences, routines, and needs; communicate updates to the care team.
• Lead individual and group activities aligned with residents' interests and abilities.
• Adapt activities to meet cognitive and physical levels using prompts and demonstrations.
• Encourage participation while respecting cultural and religious preferences.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe activity spaces.
• Store equipment and supplies properly after use.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director on programming and planning.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
