Job summary

Metso is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex international projects in the Crushing and Belt Conveyor Systems domain. You will oversee the full lifecycle from pre-sale through warranty, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions.

The role requires a strong engineering or business background, 10+ years of PM experience, and fluency in English. You may be based in Sorocaba, Brookfield, or Espoo with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English; other languages a plus.
• 10+ years of project management experience in complex international projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business; PMP cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex international projects for the Crushing Business Line.
• Own end-to-end responsibility from pre-sale to warranty.
• Develop and implement an optimum execution strategy.
• Provide direction to all team members and coordinate stakeholders.
• Ensure project execution aligns with contract terms and KPI targets.
• Identify opportunities for additional capex and service sales.
• Facilitate a smooth handover to operations and maintain safety culture.
