Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in engineering, drilling, field, or well-construction.
• Exposure to geothermal, oil & gas, HPHT, drilling, or completion is a plus.
• Willingness to complete a structured two-year rotation program.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of drilling and completion programs and documentation.
• Assist with data collection, KPI reporting, and post-well reviews.
• Participate in field rotations and office-based engineering assignments to build balanced capability.
• Support safety, procedural compliance, and cost-efficiency in operations.
