Job summary

RESPEC is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects within the Geothermal team. You will drive planning, execution, and closeout while ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget alignment, and high-quality results.

You will collaborate with technical experts, clients, and stakeholders to build strong relationships and successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will coordinate diverse teams, solve complex challenges, and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, science, construction management, environmental science, business required.
• 5+ years of consulting, engineering, or project management experience.
• Experience managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams; client interface experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across offices.
• Monitor performance and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and maintain relationships.
• Lead client meetings and provide progress updates on risks and budgets.
• Manage financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.
• Identify risks, change orders, and contract modifications.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory obligations.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
