Job summary

RESPEC is seeking a motivated and client-focused Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary geothermal projects from planning through execution. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes while coordinating with technical experts, teams, and clients.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who excels at coordinating priorities, solving complex challenges, and driving project success across markets and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, science, construction management, environmental science, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible consulting, engineering, or project management experience.
• Experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, client communications, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle from kickoff through closeout.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across multiple offices and locations.
• Monitor performance and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients, fostering strong relationships.
