Job summary

Fervo Energy in Houston, TX seeks a Supply Chain Manager for Power Facilities to own PowerBlock category strategy and procurement lifecycle, interfacing with engineering, construction, and operations to align cost, schedule, and performance.

You will lead negotiations with OEMs and service providers, build strategic supplier relationships, develop KPIs, and drive continuous improvement as Fervo scales its GeoBlock manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or science.
• 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, category management, engineering, or operations.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced, fast-scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Own PowerBlock category strategy including make/buy, sourcing approach, and supplier segmentation.
• Lead negotiations for PowerBlock equipment and services contracts.
• Build strategic relationships with OEMs and service providers.
• Collaborate with GeoBlock Engineering, Construction, and Operations on equipment selection and standardization.
• Manage full procurement lifecycle: RFPs, evaluations, negotiation, PO, supplier performance.
• Develop and report PowerBlock KPIs: cost, cycle time, supplier performance, risk.
• Coordinate with Logistics and DC/Indirect to align with the broader supply chain.
• Incorporate geothermal compliance into agreements.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing and contracting pace.
