Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/chemical engineering or related field.
• 5 years of power plant maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work with engineers, technicians and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop process improvement projects to maximize generation and profits.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule and financial justification.
• Identify causes of equipment inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Coordinate bids and planning for equipment upgrades and repairs.
• Participate in design reviews for plant optimization.
