Job summary

Brightcore Energy is seeking a Director, Regional Operations (Geothermal Construction) to oversee daily drilling activities, ensure safety and efficiency, and manage a regional team across multiple sites in the Northeast. You will coordinate with engineers, geologists, and site managers to meet project goals, control budgets, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience overseeing a drilling operation within geothermal or oil and gas.
• OSHA 30 required; willing to complete training within 90 days.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple geothermal drilling sites within the assigned area.
• Ensure drilling operations adhere to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee rig crews and ensure proper resource allocation.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Manage drilling budgets and coordinate procurement and mobilization of equipment.
