Qualifications

• EIT certification or exam scheduled.
• Field-willing: willingness to work on real projects in outdoor conditions.
• Clear technical writing is required for reports and memos.
• Interest in geotechnical, materials, or forensic practice as part of career path.
• BS in Civil Engineering or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and observe drilling and field testing programs.
• Reduce and review laboratory data.
• Draft geotechnical and materials reports.
• Support forensic investigations, coring programs, and distress evaluations.
• Coordinate field crews and laboratory scheduling on assigned projects.
• Progress toward PE licensure with mentorship and exam support.
