Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking staff engineers to expose you to geotechnical investigations, materials testing programs, forensic assignments, and report writing under licensed engineers. You will work on projects from building pads to heavy industrial programs, with mentorship toward PE licensure.

You will plan drilling, reduce data, write reports, and coordinate field crews, gaining diverse field and office experience in a dynamic quality‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification or exam scheduled.
• Willingness to work in field on construction sites.
• Strong technical writing ability.
• Interest in geotechnical, materials, or forensic practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and observe drilling and field testing programs.
• Reduce and review laboratory data.
• Draft geotechnical and materials reports.
• Support forensic investigations, coring programs, and distress evaluations.
• Coordinate field crews and laboratory scheduling on assigned projects.
• Progress toward PE licensure with mentorship and exam support.
