Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Civil/Geological Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license in applicable states or reciprocity plan.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities for client interaction.
• Experience managing geotechnical and CMT projects from proposal to closeout.
• Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical and CMT projects from proposal through completion.
• Oversee preparation and review of geotechnical reports with recommendations.
• Ensure all tasks from proposal to final invoice are completed on time.
• Manage budgets, change orders, invoicing, and collections.
• Review field reports for quality and completeness.
• Prepare proposals and contracts; serve as primary client contact.
• Lead project meetings and present findings with solutions.
• Supervise field investigations, drilling, and testing.
• Provide technical oversight and validate calculations.
• Mentor junior staff and assist staffing decisions.
