Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Geotechnical Construction to oversee all geotechnical projects from conception to completion. You will lead drilling operations, manage budgets, scopes, and schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes across the Mid Atlantis Region (NC, TN, GA, FL, MD) as travel is required.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of geotechnical methods,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in construction with geotechnical focus.
• Proven project management track record.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Experience operating drilling rigs and setting up drills.
• Familiarity with casing, down hole hammer and hollow bar.
• Experience in construction/site/subcontractor management.
• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical construction projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee drilling operations and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed schematics and project schedules for stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and address issues to keep on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and teams to maintain alignment with objectives.
