Qualifications

• B.S in Civil Engineering with geotechnical emphasis is required.
• Minimum of 4-5+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering and CMT field/office experience.
• Experience managing small to medium geotechnical projects (scope, schedule, budget).

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical projects from proposal through completion, including planning, field execution, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate field and laboratory programs (SPT borings, test pits, percolation tests, pavement/earthwork evaluations).
• Prepare geotechnical reports, calculations and recommendations with QA/QC review from senior staff.
• Provide construction phase services: site visits, observations, and communicate recommendations.
• Support CMT operations: scheduling, technician coordination, daily field reporting, client communication.
• Assist with proposals and business development: scope writing, fee inputs, client communications.
• Ensure safety procedures and support job hazard analyses.
