Responsibilities

Business development, proposal preparation, and client relations development.
Risk management and contract understanding.
Initial planning including designs, submittals, material ordering, and scheduling.
Project execution ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
Change management and tracking.
Financial management including forecasts and budgets.
Safety and quality assurance in line with Keller policies.
